Part of the mission of our Business Ministry is to help launch, fund and build loyal customer bases for Black creatives and entrepreneurs. Economic justice and empowerment begins with investing our dollars in their businesses. If Black people spend 10% more with Black businesses it would create 1,000,000 jobs because after the government, Black businesses are the largest employers of Black people.
Browse the categories below and see what products speak to you most. Let’s all do our part to be consistent in keeping money flowing within the Black community so that we can do what W.E.B. Dubois describes in his 1912 essay, “The Upbuilding of Black Durham.” As a church, our annual purchasing power is estimated to be over $16,000,000. Imagine if just 10% of our disposable dollars went to buying from creatives and entrepreneurs within our church?
Neither Impact Church nor its staff or leadership receive any commission or remuneration for advocating on behalf of these businesses.
