Bishop Salter Update- New Leadership & Our Journey to 5-Bars

Hello Family,

We praise God for new leadership in America. I hope this ushers us into a new season of grace for world cooperation and justice for the overlooked. I don’t think there has been an administration that needed your daily prayers more than Biden-Harris. They are taking leadership of a broken country that needs healing.

I also want you to know how proud I am of your faithfulness. You have pursued the Lord in this 21-day fasting with fervor. I’m incredibly proud of the 40% of you who took our faith survey and were brave enough to share that you had three bars or less but desired more. I have been praying especially for you daily. If you have not declared your faith intentions for 2021, please do so by clicking here.

I also thank you for all of the love and congratulations you have shown our six new pastors. They will need your encouragement more than ever. Being a new pastor is hard. It’s a high learning curve and a tremendous spiritual weight that now rests on their families because of ministry. Give them plenty of grace to grow into what God has shown me they will become. As Ephesians 4:11 declares, Jesus has given us these gifts to equip the saints to do ministry works.

We look forward to their leadership blossoming here and Impact. If you sense a call of God to shepherd people, stay tuned. Pastor Carolyn will be publicly unveiling a Leadership Development program that will help you unlock and discover your ministry.

Finally, thank you, thank you, thank you for purchasing The Culture of Money. We remain a #1 New Release on Amazon. This undertaking is so much more significant than me; it is God ordained for this moment. I simply ask two things:

1.     If you have not purchased it yet, please do so within the next 24 hours and help us hit #1 new categories; and

2.     If you have received your copy, please just read the first chapter and leave a review at Barnes and Noble or Amazon. I hope you’ll give me five stars and write positive comments, or I’ll have to assume you are a hater :-) 

We are planning a drive-by book signing and other virtual events to connect with each of you supporting this economic justice work.

Love,

Bishop

P.S. Men, tomorrow we begin a new bible study at The Locker Room – “Pastor At Home.” In preparation, please register, read Joshua 24 and come ready to take notes, share, and ask plenty of questions.
