Why This Conversation Matters:

Juneteenth marks the day enslaved African Americans in Texas learned of their freedom — more than two years after it had already been declared. That gap between declaration and reality is still one we're living in.

This Fireside Chat doesn't sidestep that reality. It walks straight into it. Bishop DeAndre Salter and Dr. J.P. Foster bring theology, honesty, and hope to the questions Black Christians have always deserved real answers to.

Because freedom — spiritual, historical, communal — is still worth pressing into.
