Get ready to break free from and become wiser to modern culture’s economic traps. Welcome to our 2026 21-Day Financial Fast, a biblical journey designed for the modern Christian family. In this day and age we are facing unprecedented financial pitfalls: wrestling with digital debt traps, easy credit abuse, and unmonitored "micro-expenses." Along with massive lifestyle creep and delayed retirement savings. This August, we are fighting back with God’s truth and wisdom.

Master 5 Biblical Principles: We will build five foundational habits to counter modern financial stress:

• Acknowledge Ownership: Everything belongs to God.

• Eliminate Bondage: Intentionally avoid all debt.

• Manage Wisely: Live on a budget and save.

• Sow Liberally: Give generously to God's kingdom.

• Find Peace: Practice true, daily contentment.

We are introducing an exciting new dynamic this year. From August 9 to August 29, this fast becomes a full family experience. Did you know that research shows children's money habits are largely formed by age seven? To protect the next generation early, we are launching fun activity changes for our children. Yes, we are equipping every age group. We have designed age-appropriate lessons and activities:

* Ages 3–5: Interactive games covering basic saving.

* Ages 6–9: Foundational habits before cash habits are set.

* Ages 10–12: Lessons on budgeting and micro-expenses.

* Ages 12–15: Advanced modules on credit and stewardship.

Together we are all growing and maturing as Children of God in Kingdom Economics. Through studying God’s word and being intentional with increasing our discipline to reflect the Kingdom of Heaven here on Earth. Taking a look at it all since January, growth looks great on us all! In all things, we reflect the goodness of God and that includes our finances. As we take our rightful place as excellent stewards of our money, this August, we journey together for a 21-Day Financial Fast.

The outline will provide scripture to read for the day, a challenge activity that will help create healthy financial habits and breaking bad ones, and a prayer we encourage you to use as a launching pad for your conversation with God.
